Stroke Clinics are the perfect opportunity for extra instruction to get ready for the swim season!  Swimmers must be proficient in Freestyle and Backstroke.

• $10 per clinic date for Members
• $15 per clinic date for Non Members

Clinic is 3 days per week - Monday, Wednesday and Thursday

These clinics will focus on stroke technique, starts, turns, & finishes. Our clinics give extra instruction and conditioning to get your swimmer ready for summer swim team.

These clinics are NOT “learn to swim” clinics. They are also reserved for our 8 & up swimmers.

Cost:  $35/week for Members, $40/week non-members.  Payable at the clinic to Sophie.
