    Get ready for a fun run-through of a real swim meet experience! Swimmers will practice:

    ✅ Hearing official race starts
    ✅ Understanding meet flow
    ✅ Getting comfortable with timing & races
    ✅ Preparing for the season ahead

    We were generously donated a new Dolphin Timing System and will be using this mock meet to test equipment and work out any kinks before official meets begin!

    🙋WE NEED VOLUNTEERS!

    We are looking for 6 volunteer timers for EACH practice session.

    This is a great opportunity to learn how meets work and help support our swimmers!

    Please join us for a swim team pool party. We will be providing hot dogs from the grill for each RSVP attendee. Please RSVP by Wednesday, May 13th for parents, swimmers, and any additional guests. Other grill food will also be available for purchase. We kindly ask you to sign up to bring an item needed. Additionally, we need volunteers to help with the event. Please sign up to help, or just show up. Thank you Shark Families!! Can't wait to see you at the Kick off!

    This event is very important for ALL SWIM TEAM FAMILIES. Come and meet the coach, and learn about being a Shadow Cliff Shark. There are several important updates for this season, including changes to our CHAMPS Meet format and venue!     Please attend the practice that corresponds with your child's age group, UNLESS you have been told differently by Coach Sophie.

    4:45-5:15pm 5/6 yrs

    4:30-5:15pm 7/8 yrs

    5:15-6:00pm 9/10 yrs

    6:00-6:45pm 11/12/13 yrs

    6:45-7:45pm 14 & up

    We will hold our Tryouts for all swimmers 8 & Under, AND those swimmers 8+ who have NEVER participated on any type of swim team. You only need to attend one Tryout Session.
