Good Morning Shark Families-

What a great meet we had this weekend, we beat the Regency Racers! Meet results are attached. Thank you for your flexibility with the time and location changes, we truly appreciate it. A big thank you to all those that have continued to volunteer to help our meets run smoothly, we could not pull these meets off without all of your help!

NO PRACTICE TUESDAY JUNE 16

The pool will be closed all day on Tuesday, June16 for maintenance. Please see the message below from our Pool Manager, Brittany, for more details.

"We wanted to let everyone know that Shadow Cliff will be closed all day on Tuesday, June 16, to complete a major maintenance project on our pool pump system.

Because this work requires the filtration system and pumps to be shut down for the entire day, the pool cannot safely operate during the maintenance process. Tuesday was the earliest date we were able to obtain the necessary parts and schedule the work, and because this project is important, we chose not to delay it another week.

Please note that this maintenance is part of our ongoing commitment to keeping Shadow Cliff operating at its best. The pool remains safe for swimming and continues to meet all required health and safety standards.

We understand that an unexpected closure can be inconvenient, and we appreciate your patience as we complete this necessary upgrade. Investing in projects like this helps us keep Shadow Cliff running safely and efficiently for everyone throughout the season.

We plan to reopen on Wednesday, June 17, during normal operating hours.

WILLIES SPIRIT NIGHT WEDNESDAY JUNE 17

TEAM PICTURE THURSDAY JUNE 18

We will be taking our annual team picture on Thursday morning, please arrive at the pool NO LATER than 7am. We ask that you wear your team suit (if you have one) and your team shirt. If you have lost or can’t find your shirt please wear a navy blue shirt. It is very important that you be on time, as we will start lining the kids up by height at 7am so we can get the picture before the sun gets too high. Practices will follow at the normal time slots after the picture.

HARMONY HILLS MEET

Our last meet is this Saturday against Harmony Hills. This is another home meet, please declare your swimmers if you have not already done so, and sign up for volunteer positions! Meet details will be sent out later this week.

SHARK-A-THON Results

Thank you Shark families!!! Our kids swam 101,250 meters and raised $6,335 this year! That is nearly 63 miles!!! This year the 11-13 year old age group raised $2,129 winning the age group popsicle party that will be held during donut relays.

This week will be our last full week of regular practice, the last day of regular practice is on Monday, June 22 - our famous donut relays! The rest of the week, June 23-26 will only be for those swimmers attending the Championship meet. More details regarding champs will be coming out later this week.
