Good Morning Shark Families-

I apologize for another email, but we have had a last minute change to our swim meet this weekend. Instead of being an away meet, this weekend will be a HOME meet! The other big change is we will be starting at 7:30am instead of 8am. Please see the timeline below.

• GATES OPEN AT 6:00AM
• WHERE: SHADOW CLIFF: 15110 EAGLE GROVE 78232
• GATES OPEN: AT 6:00 AM for everyone (NON-VOLUNTEERS)
• WARM-UPS: Shadow Cliff 6:30-6:50AM
• OFFICIALS MEETING: 6:45AM (Meeting will be under the canopy by the shed at the starter location.)
• TIMERS MEETING: 7:05AM (Meeting will be by the diving boards.)

• VOLUNTEERS:
  • Volunteer Check-In Table- check in at 6:30am (by restrooms)
  • Concessions- check in at 6:30am at the concession stand
  • Ready Bench- check in at 7:15am at the volunteer check in table (by front gate)
  • Runners & Ribbons- check in at 7:15am at the volunteer check in table (by front gate)
  • Parking Lot Attendant- check in at 5:30am with Tracy Solis (by restrooms)

• START TIME: 7:30 AM
