    Rogers Ranch Meet Information

    Good Morning Shark Families-

We have our first meet this Saturday, May 30th! This email will contain all the information you need to know for the meet, with the exception of the heat sheets.

    GENERAL INSTRUCTIONS

Rogers Ranch pool is located at

    18200 Salado Canyon: https://maps.app.goo.gl/kyEzaaYVgK1eYgj39

GETTING IN: Proceed down Rogers Ranch Parkway and turn left into the Point Bluff neighborhood (Rogers Place). Someone will be stationed at the gate to let cars through.

PARKING: Parking is NOT permitted along the main roads of Salado Canyon, Rogers Place, or Point Bluff Drive. Please plan to park on a neighboring side street and walk a short distance. Carpooling is strongly encouraged. (See attached images)

VISITOR SEATING: Visitor seating is on the exterior of the pool gate on the west side. There is no shade in the visitor area, so please come prepared with sunscreen, hats, tents and anything else you need to stay comfortable in the sun. (See attached images) There is VERY limited space for our team, I highly recommend making friends and sharing tents!!

Our seating is in the parking lot, cars will be allowed to drive directly behind our seating area. Please have your swimmers sit inside the pool area with the team, and be aware of cars with any other children you have! There is a playground next to the pool, swimmers are NOT allowed to play on the playground until they have completed all of their events AND have been cleared by the coaches to leave the meet.

You are allowed to enter the pool area to watch your swimmer, we just ask that when your swimmer is not swimming you return to our designated seating area.
